Access to the LSI Collaborative Development Environment (CDE) is restricted to the LSI
Integrated Product Team (IPT), which includes TCG developers. This Web page is the portal to the CDE for the
purpose of TCG development.
The CDE portal provides remote read-only access to key CTC-OIS
documents and information that reside on the Program's internal R: drive. It
also provides access to development tools that are used on the Program.

Development Tools
All of the CTC-OIS development tools reside on the
Lockheed Martin Intranet (LMI). To obtain remote access to those tools, Remote
Access Service to the LMI is required.
IMPORTANT:
To request a ClearQuest account and client software, call the Enterprise Service
Desk at 1-800-435-7063. You must specify the "CTC-OIS Program" and
ask to open two Service Requests. The first, to create a ClearQuest account
for you. The second, to have the ClearQuest client software installed on your
workstation.
External (offsite) users need to open only one Service
Request, to create a ClearQuest account for you. You DO NOT require the client
software, but you DO require Remote Access Service to the LMI in order to access
ClearQuest from a remote desktop.
