Change Requests:

Change requests must be submitted by your company’s registered CTC-OIS Point of Contact (POC).
•  Change information about your company
•  Change information about your registered POC
•  Change your registered POC
•  Un-register your company

New Requests:

Suppliers who wish to participate in a BIA must be registered with the LSI and must have a Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) approved accounting system, except on Firm Fixed Price (FFP) BIAs. Furthermore, a successful supplier who is awarded a contract must have U.S. Department of Defense SECRET clearance for each individual who will develop or have access to developed software.

Please follow the steps below to register. Upon successful completion of these steps, you will be registered with the LSI and will receive an CTC-OIS User ID that provides access to the restricted areas of the Web site.

1. Download the Registration Form. Complete the form and submit it to the LSI via FAX, e-mail, or standard mail.
2. Download the ITAR Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), the Proprietary Information Agreement (PIA), and the Document Distribution Compliance Form. Sign them and mail all three (3) original signed documents to the LSI.
3. If your company is not set up in the Lockheed Martin corporate supplier database, which is called the Trading Partner Management (TPM) System, you will receive an e-mail containing a TPM User ID and password. You must respond to the e-mail and complete the supplier profile information for your company on the TPM web site.

NOTE: All of the forms must be submitted to register. You will receive confirmation within 3 business days that your forms have been received.
